AME Course Duration
A student is granted an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) without Type Rating to maintain and certify the fitness of an aircraft after successfully completing two years of basic training at a Part 147 (Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization) in the classroom and two years of hands-on experience performing maintenance on an operating aircraft in a Part 145 (Aircraft Maintenance Organization).
In order to fulfil the Actual Maintenance Experience requirement for its enrolled candidates, IIA facilitated and entered into practical training agreements with best EASA Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance Organizations (AMO) in India and Europe, allowing the student to obtain an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License. Admission Process
Candidate must take the following procedures in order to enrol in an AME course at an IIA that has been authorised by EASA: -

A candidate must complete the AME CET 2022 application form online at www.amecet.in.
The student must go to AME Admission counselling after passing the AME CET test in order to get admission to an IIA college based on their All India Rank (AIR) from the AME CET 2022.
